The SWWA Members would like to extend an invitation for you to join the Southwest Washington Anglers Club!
Our mission and goals are straight forward: We love to fish, we want to help educate and share our love with future fisher people in how to fish, and we work on various education and conservation efforts that support our local community.
Some of our annual community focused events we participate are:
Kline Line Kids Fishing event held in April
Get Outdoors Day sponsored by the National Park Service at Fort Vancouver in June
Pacific Corp Special Kids Day fishing at the Merwin Hatchery in Ariel, Washington
We also volunteer monthly to help clean up Langsdorf Landing to help keep our waterways and ramps clean
But we also earnestly participate in ongoing education of our members and general public by hosting seminars put on by local experts in the various fisheries, manufacturers of fishing gear, and host ongoing opportunities to get out and fish.
And we host member only fishing events and clam digs during the fishing season. (And you know our fishing season is almost all year!)
So if you are interested in meeting new people, learning new techniques and sharing your love of fishing with others, come and join us.
We are a nonprofit membership based IRS 501(c)3.
We just love to fish!
Our Club has been around for almost 30 years, and we would like to welcome YOU, to join us for 30 more years!
